About

Dr. Suardi is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Georgetown University.  He is board-certified in general and child & adolescent psychiatry and trained in forensic psychiatry.

He is licensed to practice medicine in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and New York.

Currently, he is a staff child and adolescent psychiatrist with Adventist Behavioral Health. He is also a consultant to the Alfred D. Noyes Children’s Center in Rockville, Maryland and the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Suardi is a member of the faculty at St. Elizabeths Hospital, Psychiatric Residency Program, and at the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Division of Georgetown University.

He is the president of the D.C. chapter of the Washington Psychiatric Society.

Dr. Suardi was born and raised in Italy, where he studied and practiced medicine and public health.

The office is located at the Washington School of Psychiatry in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of northwest Washington D.C., just south of the Maryland line.

Metro

Take the red line to the Friendship Heights stop. Use the Jenifer Street exit from the station. The Washington School of Psychiatry building is two blocks south of the exit, on the same side of the street.

Free Parking

We offer 70 minutes of free parking at Landmark Parking Inc. (behind Rodman’s). You must validate your parking ticket inside Rodman’s to waive the parking fee. Otherwise, $2.00 for first hour, $2.00 for each additional hour, $6.00 maximum per day. The parking lot closes at 7 p.m. If you exit after 7 p.m., there is no charge.

Metered spaces on Wisconsin Avenue

Time limits from 30 minutes to one hour. No parking 7:00 to 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays. No restrictions on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Side-street parking

One to two hour limits. No restrictions on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
